The Crane, Forklift, and Hoist Inspection Division of our company stands poised to collaborate in the sphere of technical inspection across a wide spectrum of cranes, forklifts, and hoists, drawing upon a team of highly specialized personnel. The core activities of this dedicated unit encompass the following:

 

1. Technical Inspection and Safety Certification: This unit undertakes meticulous technical inspections and issues safety certifications for three key equipment categories:
   – Overhead Cranes
   – Tower Cranes
   – Mobile Cranes
2. Competency Verification and Operator Certification: The division further validates the competence of operators for all three crane types, subsequently furnishing them with operator certification.
   These inspections entail a comprehensive assessment encompassing all mechanical, electrical, and systemic facets of the equipment. The overarching goal is to ensure strict adherence to safety stan-dards, regulatory compliance, and flawless operation under both routine and emergency circumstanc-es.
   Specifically, scrutiny extends to control systems, terminals, wire ropes, load protection mechanisms, and safety systems. Key evaluation components include the performance of control devices, speed settings, crane positioning configurations, load protection systems, wire rope safeguards, and brake systems. Additionally, an exhaustive review of the crane’s safety systems is conducted to expedite the rectification of any identified faults, issues, or malfunctions, thereby ensuring the utmost safety of users.
